.jar file only executes when in downloads

 ·.Jar Files only executable trough CMD terminal java -jar [FileName] I have a problem i upgraded to windows 10 and i suddenly was unable to bltadwin.ru (java) files. I used to be able to just double click bltadwin.ru file or, open with java(TM) platform SE binary.  · bltadwin.ru file is not downloaded as a java file. I like playing Minecraft, and I like to play with friends. So I tried to download the bltadwin.ru file and it downloaded a download but, when I want to open this file it brought me to internet explorer manage download files page.  · It is because installer is java TM platform file. If it doesn't open when you double click right click it choose open with and then choose java TM platform. NOTE not every java file will open with java TM platform. Once i tried to open bltadwin.ru and it kept just loading loading and loading until i moved bltadwin.ru file and placed it back.
